At Amuu Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check every order before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos.

• Products damaged because of misuse, negligence, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

For approved refunds, the refund amount will be processed according to the applicable payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product sent by Amuu Store.
